Terms of Service

Pervidet may be used for any personal or business use or otherwise, as long as the following terms are respected.

1. You may not use Pervidet in a way that is in conflict with your local laws or the laws of the Netherlands (where the Pervidet servers are located).
2. You are specifically not allowed to use Pervidet in a way that could harm or grieve other people.
3. The email address you enter when registering for an account will be the primary means of communication between yourself and Pervidet. A valid email address is required to ensure that we can communicate any issues regarding your survey or your account at Pervidet. This email address will not be used for commercial gain and will not be sold to any other party.
4. You may not make excessive use of Pervidet, to the extent that Pervidet is unable to cope with the amount of users directed at your survey. Please contact Pervidet before sending out a survey to thousands of people.
5. You may not use the name Pervidet or the Pervidet logo in any way to suggest that you are associated with Pervidet beyond simply having a Pervidet account.
6. You may not sell your account or resell your surveys directly. Using Pervidet is allowed for commercial use, as long as the main service you are providing isn't the Pervidet survey. To clarify: you may use Pervidet commercially if it is part of a service and you abide by term 4, but not if the Pervidet survey is being resold directly to a paying customer without any added value from the seller.
7. Pervidet retains the right to update these terms of service.

If you think your use of Pervidet might be in conflict with any of the above terms, please contact us. If you do not abide by these terms of service, Pervidet has the right to terminate your account.
