Privacy Statement

This privacy statement is a subset of the general Aperte privacy statement. Aperte is the company behind Pervidet.

Aperte Privacy Statement - Online evaluations and questionnaires.

Aperte takes your privacy serious and processes your data only in accordance with the Dutch data protection laws. Your data is gathered in an appropriate fashion and is in accordance with the law. Aperte processes online evaluations for a specific client. This client is mentioned clearly in your initial invitation.

Aperte is registered at the institution for the protection of personal data (College Bescherming Persoonsgegevens, CBP) in the Netherlands.

Personal information is gathered only with the purpose of automatically generating reports, containing your answers. Your multiple-choice answers are used in order to compare the answers of others with. Your personal information (name, birthdate, address, e-mail address etc.) are never disclosed to third parties.

You have the right to deny answering any questions. Neither Aperte nor the client Aperte processes the online evaluations for is allowed to force you to answer the asked questions. By logging in and answering the questions you give permission to use your answers in the manner described above.

Your personal information can be supplied by our client. This data is only used in order to facilitate you being able to answer the questions as described above (via e-mail invitation). Aperte has made an agreement with each client that your data is only processed for the purpose of completing the agreement.

Your data is protected via technical and organisational means against use by third parties. We have implemented measures to avoid unnecessary collection or further processing of your data.

You have the right to protest against the processing of your data if you have already submitted your answers. Aperte is obliged to evaluate your protest within 4 weeks. If your protest is valid Aperte will avoid processing your data and remove the protested data.

Your personal information is kept no longer than required for the purpose as stated above. Your multiple-choice answers are kept, but merely for statistical purposes and these answers can not be traced back to any single individual.

Aperte makes use of browser cookies (small textfiles) that are temporarily stored on your computer. This is done in order to facilitate authentication and navigation of the system. Each cookie can only be read by Aperte. If you disable browser cookies it is possible that the system no longer works (correctly). Each cookie is automatically removed when you log out of the system or when you close your browser session.

Aperte will never ask you questions on politics, religion or medical subjects, or any other special personal information category as described by the Dutch data protection laws.

Aperte will never use your personal information for direct marketing purposes. Your data is not collected in Aperte's client database, or anyone elses. Aperte realises the context of the collected data and will never abuse the data. Aperte hates spam as much as you do.

Aperte has full responsibility for the submitted data. If you think Aperte isn't or hasn't followed the above privacy statement or the Dutch data protection laws correctly then we would like to hear from you as soon as possible. All our contact information is readily available via www.aperte.nl.
