Example Survey

Each Pervidet survey consists of one or more pages, with each page containing as many questions as you want. How you structure your survey is up to you.

There are quite a few types of questions that Pervidet supports. Click on the button below to fill in a simple example survey that uses most of the various types of questions.

You will also notice that certain questions in Pervidet automatically use widgets (like a calender for date-questions) to simplify the task of answering questions.
